THE PROCESS

We ideally meet once a week via 50-minute video calls over a period customized to your needs. At the outset, we define your counseling goals, discuss your concerns, and explore your background. I also pay attention to the unsaid (or "transference") and provide feedback on my impressions. Together, we develop a deeper understanding of both conscious and unconscious influences on your challenges, allowing for new, flexible perspectives. This creative process uncovers potential solutions, which we transform into practical strategies for daily life. Outside of sessions, I am available for questions via email or WhatsApp.
